No fewer than 300 households across the twelve wards of Kaduna North Local Government Area have benefited from the distribution of Ramadan relief packages aimed at easing the burden on vulnerable families during the holy month.

The palliative items comprising rice, millet, and sugar were distributed on behalf of the Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, as part of efforts to complement the administration’s human capital development agenda.

Speaking during the distribution exercise, the Executive Chairman of the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board, Mubarak Mohammed, said the initiative underscores the Governor’s commitment to supporting citizens, particularly during Ramadan.

According to him, the intervention is designed to provide relief to families and promote inclusive development across communities in Kaduna North LGA.

Mohammed expressed appreciation to the Governor for the opportunity to serve and thanked residents of Kaduna North for their continued support.

He added that the Ramadan palliative distribution marks the beginning of broader empowerment initiatives, especially targeted at vulnerable women, in recognition of their critical role in nation-building.

They noted that such confidence in youth leadership has introduced fresh perspectives, innovation, and renewed energy in policy implementation across the state.

Special prayers were also offered for the continued success of the Uba Sani administration.
