 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . A CONCERTGOER HAS FILED A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST SINGER DONNY OSMOND, HIS PRODUCTION COMPANY, AND HARRAH'S LAS VEGAS CASINO. (PHOTO).

 A concertgoer has filed a civil lawsuit against singer Donny Osmond, his production company, and Harrah's Las Vegas casino. 

The claim relates to an incident during a February 2024 performance at the venue, where the individual alleges she was hit in the head by a large, lighted inflatable ball used as a prop in the show. This reportedly led to an eye injury requiring medical treatment, along with other related effects.


The lawsuit, filed in Clark County District Court, seeks compensation for medical costs and other impacts. It cites concerns about safety measures in the dimly lit showroom environment.
