A CONCERTGOER HAS FILED A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST SINGER DONNY OSMOND, HIS PRODUCTION COMPANY, AND HARRAH'S LAS VEGAS CASINO. (PHOTO).

 A concertgoer has filed a civil lawsuit against singer Donny Osmond, his production company, and Harrah's Las Vegas casino. 

The claim relates to an incident during a February 2024 performance at the venue, where the individual alleges she was hit in the head by a large, lighted inflatable ball used as a prop in the show. This reportedly led to an eye injury requiring medical treatment, along with other related effects.


The lawsuit, filed in Clark County District Court, seeks compensation for medical costs and other impacts. It cites concerns about safety measures in the dimly lit showroom environment.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
