 Lisa Rinna says consistency, exercise and adjusting her alcohol intake have helped her maintain the same weight since age 20 Lisa Rinna says she has maintained the same weight since she was 20 by focusing on consistency rather than strict routines or extreme diets. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star discussed her approach to fitness and health during an appearance on Morgan Stewart’s SiriusXM podcast on Wednesday, July 22. “I’ve been the same weight since I was literally 20 years old. I’m very, very, very lucky,” Rinna, 63, said. She explained that regular exercise has been part of her lifestyle for years, but said she does not follow intense workout plans. “I think the thing about me is I’m just consistent. I don’t do anything crazy,” she said. Bella Hadid’s love life has once again drawn attention after she was photographed in Milan with a mysterious cowboy companion during Fashion Week. 


The model, dressed in a chic leather jacket, pleated pants, and Prada accessories, was seen navigating crowds alongside the unidentified man, who sported a mustache, cowboy hat, and boots. Their appearance together comes amid reports that Hadid’s on‑and‑off relationship with horse trainer Adan Banuelos may have ended.


Hadid and Banuelos, who had been dating for two years, recently faced scrutiny after a traffic stop led to Banuelos being taken into custody on suspicion of intoxication. He was released the following morning, with officers noting Hadid was identified as his girlfriend. 


The incident fueled speculation about the state of their relationship, especially as Hadid has spent much of the past two years living in Texas with Banuelos, pursuing her passion for horses and competing in equestrian events.


In recent months, Hadid has returned to the spotlight, balancing her equestrian pursuits with a renewed focus on fashion and acting. 


She appeared in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and has been promoting her new series The Beauty, alongside campaigns for her brand Orebella. 


According to reports, her increasingly busy schedule and time spent in Los Angeles and New York created strain in her relationship with Banuelos, who wanted her to remain in Texas.
