 Anambra Upgrades 130 Primary Health Centres, Recruits 1,000 Health Workers ‎ ‎ ‎By Ezumezu Nonyelum ‎ ‎ ‎The Anambra State Government says it has upgraded 130 primary health centres across the state as part of efforts to improve access to quality healthcare. Each facility has been equipped with solar power, a reliable electricity supply and a 30 KVA generator to ensure uninterrupted medical services. ‎ ‎The government said the initiative aligns with its policy of providing at least one fully functional primary health centre in every political ward and one general hospital in each of the state's 21 local government areas. ‎ ‎As part of the healthcare expansion, the Soludo administration has constructed five new general hospitals: Okpoko General Hospital in Ogbaru, Solution Specialist Hospital in Fegge, Onitsha, Solution Rehabilitation Centre in Nibo, Ekwulobia General Hospital in Aguata, and Solution General Hospital in Anaku, Anyamelum.  Facebook Post Confirms Death Of Missing Boy, David Ibrahim Yusuf


A Facebook post by Sunday Bitrus Sabanet has confirmed the tragic death of David Ibrahim Yusuf, the boy who was earlier reported missing.


In the post, Sabanet announced with deep sorrow that the body of David Ibrahim Yusuf was found yesterday afternoon in a river. 


He described the incident as a painful loss and expressed deep grief over the development.


The post called on the public to keep the boy’s family and loved ones in their prayers, asking God Almighty to grant them peace, strength, and divine comfort during this difficult time.


Sabanet also expressed appreciation to those who shared his earlier Facebook post when the boy was declared missing, thanking them for their support and concern.


The announcement has since drawn condolences and prayers from Facebook users mourning the loss.
