 When a 17-year-old girl failed to get off her school bus, authorities realized she had vanished during a minutes-long bus exchange. Lily Brother went missing while she exchanged buses at Caney Creek High School in Conroe, Texas. Lily attends Washington High, whose records definitively show that she had boarded a shuttle bus to Caney Creek where she would catch another shuttle bus home. Her trail goes completely cold after exiting the first bus, and there is no record she boarded the second. Lily was wearing a short-sleaved black shirt with pants that have a black, blue, and yellow patchwork design.  Fast-Rising talented Singer, Ifunaya dies of snake bike


Ifunanya Nwangene had a life that was full and exciting. She graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a degree in Architecture and settled into a busy life in Abuja.


 Her soprano voice captured millions all over social media with her rendition of the Champions League anthem and the world came to know this talented singer.


Ifunanya is a  young woman with an angelic voice who performed in operas and special events across the country, she went through the furnace of hard work to sharpen her craft and became an admired personality.


But death had other plans.


This weekend, in her house in Abuja, a cobra gained entrance into her room and left its venom in her body after biting her. She managed to get to a hospital, but help couldn't come soon enough and she passed away.


This death adds to the list of preventable deaths if our systems worked well. It hurts that I am writing about the death of Ifunanya, not because she has completed her mission on Earth, but because her environment took her away too soon.
