 GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE   PRESS STATEMENT  MY DECISION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE RIVERS  STATE  GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARIES  Fellow Rivers People, After deep reflection and extensive consultations with my family, friends, and associates, I have taken the difficult but necessary decision to withdraw from the APC gubernatorial primaries. I do so with a full heart and with a firm commitment to support whoever emerges as the candidate of our great party. Leadership is ultimately about sacrifice. There comes a time when personal ambition must yield to the greater good of the people. Rivers State is bigger than any individual, and at this critical moment, the peace, stability, and unity of our dear state must take precedence over every personal interest.  First Lady Installed As Utukpa Oritse Of Warri Kingdom


Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu has been installed as the Utukpa Oritse of Warri Kingdom. 


The traditional title which means "The Light Of God" was conferred on her by the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse-III during her one day homecoming visit to her Itsekiri maternal root in Delta State.


Describing the First Lady as the pride of Itsekiri nation, the monarch said the recognition was bestowed on her in acknowledgement of her profound impact on the nation.


Her installation was witnessed by, Delta State governor,  Sheriff Oborevwori and notable traditional rulers, led by the Ooni of Ife,  His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja-II, who recently installed her as the Yeye Asiwaju Gbogbo Ile Oodua. 


State House correspondent, Adeniyi Taiwo reports that her installation ceremony showcased the rich culture and tradition of the Itsekiri people.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
