 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.  Heated Rivalry star Connor Storrie set to guest-host Saturday Night Live 

Connor Storrie, star of Heated Rivalry, will guest-host Saturday Night Live in New York on February 28.

Storrie shared his excitement on Instagram Stories Sunday, writing, “I am literally the luckiest person in the world.”

British band Mumford & Sons will perform as the musical guest for the episode.

The previous weekend’s show was hosted by Alexander Skarsgard, known for Murderbot, Succession, and The Stand, with Cardi B as the music guest.

Saturday Night Live is currently on hiatus for the 2026 Winter Olympics, which run from February 6 to 22.
