 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision.  JAMB REGISTRAR PROF OLOYODE FLAGS-OFF MULTIMILLION NAIRA CBT CENTRE IN MAIDUGURI 


JAMB Registrar Prof. Is-haq Oloyede in Maiduguri officially flags-off a ₦1 billion Computer-Based Test, CBT, Centre and Zonal Office project along Maiduguri, Dikwa Road.


The projects include a ₦667 million CBT centre and a ₦331 million zonal office, which is expected to serve candidates across Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe states.


Governor Zulum pledged to replicate similar CBT centres in all three senatorial districts and ensure they are fully equipped with computers.


Prof. Oloyede commended the governor’s commitment to education, describing the initiative as a major step towards expanding access to modern examination facilities in the region.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
