 EFCC Arraigns One for  N700m Fraud in Lagos  The Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, September 4, 2026, arraigned Osaretin Osagiede before Justice Olukayode Ogunjobi of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja,  over an alleged N700 million fraud. Osagiede is standing trial on a three-count charge bordering on unauthorised access to computer material and receiving stolen property to the tune of N700 million.  Count one reads: “That you Osaretin Osagiede and Zacharia Lorshe (at large), between March, 2025 and January 2026, in Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, intentionally caused the Ravenpay user accounts' two-factor authentication (2FA) method to be bypassed, with the intent to secure unauthorised access to the bank's data and committed an offence contrary to Section 387 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011. Mr Obasi Emmanuel, the former husband to present Yul-Edochie's acclaimed wife Judy Austin, has called out the moughalu's family for allegedly withholding his children and preventing him from seeing them. 


Mr Emmanuel in the video posted on his Facebook page today, threatened to expose the family and cause more trouble for them, if he can't access his children on or before 14th Feb.


According to him, after he separated with Judy Austin, he purposely allowed the children to stay with her while he visited them in Judy Austin's family house in Umuoji, but all of a sudden, one particular day, he came to visit as usual and discovered that Judy Austin has disappeared with the children without his notice.


He noted that after the incident, he has written to the kindred of Judy Austin on several times to provide his children, but all his requests proves abortive.


Mr Emmanuel also alleged that the present acclaimed husband to Judy Austin, 

Yul Edochie, is planning on renaming his children to answering Edochie instead of Obasi.


He concluded by saying that he is not a trouble maker, that all he is demanding from Judy Austin and her family is to let him have his children.
