 Elon Musk faces civil securities fraud suit over Twitter purchase as he eyes SpaceX IPO  Since acquiring Twitter for roughly $44 billion in late 2022, Elon Musk has renamed the platform X, merged it with his artificial intelligence company xAI, and integrated both into his defense and space company, SpaceX. Musk’s next major move could be taking SpaceX public in what would likely be a record-setting IPO, but first, he is confronting legal challenges from his past. On Wednesday, Musk appeared in federal court in San Francisco to face allegations of civil securities fraud tied to his Twitter purchase. Investors filed a class action in October 2022, claiming Musk manipulated Twitter’s stock to pressure the board into selling at a lower price than initially promised. Musk’s legal team denies any intent to harm Twitter or its shareholders. Mr Obasi Emmanuel, the former husband to present Yul-Edochie's acclaimed wife Judy Austin, has called out the moughalu's family for allegedly withholding his children and preventing him from seeing them. 


Mr Emmanuel in the video posted on his Facebook page today, threatened to expose the family and cause more trouble for them, if he can't access his children on or before 14th Feb.


According to him, after he separated with Judy Austin, he purposely allowed the children to stay with her while he visited them in Judy Austin's family house in Umuoji, but all of a sudden, one particular day, he came to visit as usual and discovered that Judy Austin has disappeared with the children without his notice.


He noted that after the incident, he has written to the kindred of Judy Austin on several times to provide his children, but all his requests proves abortive.


Mr Emmanuel also alleged that the present acclaimed husband to Judy Austin, 

Yul Edochie, is planning on renaming his children to answering Edochie instead of Obasi.


He concluded by saying that he is not a trouble maker, that all he is demanding from Judy Austin and her family is to let him have his children.
