On 17th October, 2026 at about 1015hrs, four complainants (two males and two females), all of Birshi Gandu, reported at 'E' Division that on the same day, while they were asleep in their compound housing Cozy Resort Hotel, three hoodlums armed with knives and machetes forcefully broke in and dispossessed them of their personal belongings including Samsung Galaxy S22 and S23, Redmi Note 14, iPhones, iPads, a Lenovo laptop, a Samsung tablet, power banks, earpods and other valuables running into millions of Naira, including office ID cards and driver's license. Mr Obasi Emmanuel, the former husband to present Yul-Edochie's acclaimed wife Judy Austin, has called out the moughalu's family for allegedly withholding his children and preventing him from seeing them. 


Mr Emmanuel in the video posted on his Facebook page today, threatened to expose the family and cause more trouble for them, if he can't access his children on or before 14th Feb.


According to him, after he separated with Judy Austin, he purposely allowed the children to stay with her while he visited them in Judy Austin's family house in Umuoji, but all of a sudden, one particular day, he came to visit as usual and discovered that Judy Austin has disappeared with the children without his notice.


He noted that after the incident, he has written to the kindred of Judy Austin on several times to provide his children, but all his requests proves abortive.


Mr Emmanuel also alleged that the present acclaimed husband to Judy Austin, 

Yul Edochie, is planning on renaming his children to answering Edochie instead of Obasi.


He concluded by saying that he is not a trouble maker, that all he is demanding from Judy Austin and her family is to let him have his children.
