 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Kandi Burruss reveals a 'specific situation' led to divorce from Todd Tucker


Kandi Burruss recently opened up on Watch What Happens Live about the end of her 10-year marriage to Todd Tucker. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed that something specific occurred in July that made her decide she could no longer continue in the relationship. 


Although she chose not to share all the details publicly, she admitted that the separation, announced in November, has involved “intense” conversations as the two work through their divorce.


Despite the challenges, Burruss emphasized that she and Tucker remain united when it comes to raising their children. She explained that even when arguments arise, they make an effort to treat each other with kindness. 


For her, the ultimate priority is ensuring that their kids feel happy and supported throughout the process.


Looking ahead, Burruss expressed confidence that once the divorce is finalized, she and Tucker will be able to co-parent successfully. 


She said their shared commitment to their children gives her hope that they can move past the bitterness of the split and focus on building a positive, cooperative parenting relationship.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
