MAN CANCELS WEDDING IN IMO AFTER DISCOVERING FIANCÉE'S OLD SOCIAL MEDIA PHOTO

A man in Imo State has reportedly called off his marriage ceremony after discovering an old photograph of his fiancée on social media allegedly showing her smoking a substance described as “Canadian Loud.”

Sources familiar with the development said the groom came across the image on Facebook shortly before the scheduled wedding. The discovery is said to have led to a disagreement between the couple, culminating in the cancellation of the ceremony.

According to reports, the bride-to-be pleaded with her fiancé, explaining that the photo dated back several years and reflected a phase of her life she had since moved past. However, the groom reportedly declined to reconsider his decision.

The incident has generated conversations on social media, with users expressing divergent views on forgiveness, personal history, and expectations in marriage.

As of the time of this report, neither of the parties has issued an official statement regarding the matter.
