 LAGOS FIRST LADY TAKES SCHOOL BOYS ON LEARNING TOUR TO MILITARY, SECURITY AGENCIES … As Four-Day LBCI 2026 Residential Camp Begins The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, has led hundreds of school boys on an educational tour to key military and security formations across the state, as part of activities marking the commencement of the 2026 Lagos Boy Child Initiative (LBCI) Residential Camp. The tour, which featured visits to the Nigerian Army Cantonment, Maryland Ikeja, Nigerian Navy, Apapa, Nigerian Air Force, Ikeja and the Department of State Services (DSS) office in Ojo, was designed to expose participants to career opportunities within the nation’s security architecture. Speaking during the tour, Dr. Sanwo-Olu emphasised the need for young boys to cultivate discipline, patriotism, and a sense of purpose, urging them to consider careers in the armed forces and other security services. MOHBAD’S FRIEND, PRIMEBOY, CALLS FOR THE SINGER’S REMAINS TO BE LAID TO REST THREE YEARS AFTER HIS DEMISE. (PHOTO).

 Mohbad’s friend, Primeboy, calls for the singer’s remains to be laid to rest three years after his demise


Singer and a close associate of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, Owodunni Ibrahim, has made an emotional public appeal urging that the artiste be laid to rest nearly three years after his death.


Mohbad died in controversial circumstances on September 12, 2023 and has remained in the mortuary since then. He was initially laid to rest on September 13, 2023 but was exhumed on September 21 for an autopsy to be carried out on it and has remained in the morgue since then. The father of the deceased, Joseph Aloba has insisted that the singer’s remains will not be laid to rest until a DNA test is conducted to ascertain the true paternity of Liam, the only child the singer left behind.


In a viral video, Primeboy called on Mohbad’s family, the public, and the government to ensure the remains of the singer is laid to rest. 


“It’s been almost three years since Mohbad left us. His body is still in the mortuary. I’m begging the family, I’m begging the public, I’m begging the government, please let’s bury our brother. He deserves a befitting burial,” he said

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
