PRESS RELEASE May 8, 2026 CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT IN CIRCULATION NOT OFFICIALLY RELEASED, BUT CONTENTS FURTHER AFFIRM ABDULRAHMAN AND ANYANWU’S LEADERSHIP OF THE PDP 1. The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has become aware of the circulation of a purported Certified True Copy (CTC) of the recent Supreme Court judgment relating to matters concerning the party. 2. The PDP wishes to categorically state that the document currently in circulation was not officially released by the Supreme Court. A careful examination of the purported CTC reveals that it falls short of the established requirements for proper certification of official court documents. The pages were neither duly certified, stamped, nor signed by any authorized court officer in accordance with legally recognized procedures. 3. MRS IFEOMA FROM AMAIKWO VILLAGE IN AWKA , ANAMBRA STATE HAS LAMENTED OVER THE DECISION OF HER ELDER BROTHER AND HER UMUNNA TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF HER FATHER'S PROPERTY FROM HER MOTHER TO HER ELDER BROTHER.(PHOTO).

 Mrs Ifeoma from Amaikwo village in Awka , Anambra State has lamented over the decision of her elder brother and her Umunna to transfer ownership of her father's property from her mother to her elder brother.


She narrated that her elder brother Emeka has been a threat to her family for a long time but they have been trying to bear his threat and problems, now that his threat and problems have become worse, she has decided to bring the case to Anambra State Government.


According to her story, her elder brother Emeka, who is just 45years old, conspired with their Umunna to move her 71years old mother away from the house she built with their father her husband, and transfer ownership of the house to him(Emeka). 


She also mentioned that she has evidence of Emeka her brother assaulting her 71years old mother and threatening her life. She said they have reported the matter to Awka 33 village youth but they couldn't resolve the issue.
