 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. Anambra Billionaire, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has emphatically stated that his appointment as the Southeast coordinator of City Boy Movement, has marked an end to marginalization of the region.


Obi Cubana made this statement through his official social media account where he also posted a video of his visit to the Governor of Imo State, Sen Hope Uzodinnma.


During the visit,Obi Cubana told the Imo State Governor that his visit is to receive fatherly blessings from him before the commencement of this Work as SouthEast coordinator of City Boy Movement. Cubana was accompanied by his protege, Cubana Chief priest who is also an indigene of Imo State. The Anambra State coordinator of the CityBoy movement also accompanied Obi Cubana.


They pledge their commitment to the renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and maintained that SouthEast Can Never Be Sidelined Anymore As the region is Now Inside Inside

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
