 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Valedictory Exco in Honour of Late Ken Kayama: Gov. Diri offers condolences to bereaved family


Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State today joined other members of the State Executive Council to hold a valedictory session in honour of the former Commissioner for Youths and Sports in the state, late Hon. Ken Kayama.


The valedictory session, which was held at the State Executive Council Chambers in Government House, Yenagoa, had in attendance current and former council members, during which tributes were paid in honour of the deceased.


Gov. Diri used the session to offer his condolences and that of the state to the family of the late cabinet member.


"Moments such as this remind us of the stark reality of life, that no matter our status or accomplishments, death is a necessary end.


Now is the time for Ken Kayama, but first, we are called to honour his name, and that's what we are doing here today.


We offer our condolences to the wife, children, siblings and the rest of the family of the bereaved family."

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
