On 17th October, 2026 at about 1015hrs, four complainants (two males and two females), all of Birshi Gandu, reported at 'E' Division that on the same day, while they were asleep in their compound housing Cozy Resort Hotel, three hoodlums armed with knives and machetes forcefully broke in and dispossessed them of their personal belongings including Samsung Galaxy S22 and S23, Redmi Note 14, iPhones, iPads, a Lenovo laptop, a Samsung tablet, power banks, earpods and other valuables running into millions of Naira, including office ID cards and driver's license. ‎A FORMER SENATOR REPRESENTING ANAMBRA NORTH, EMMANUEL ANOSIKE, HAS EMERGED AS CHAIRMAN OF THE ANAMBRA STATE CHAPTER OF THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS.(PHOTO).

 ‎A former senator representing Anambra North, Emmanuel Anosike, has emerged as Chairman of the Anambra State chapter of the All Progressives Congress.

‎

‎Anosike, who also chairs the Anambra Imo River Basin Development Commission, was elected through a consensus arrangement at the party’s state congress held at its headquarters in Awka on Tuesday.

‎

‎Announcing the outcome, the Chairman of the State Congress Committee and Returning Officer, Williams Kayoda, declared the consensus list of State Executive Committee members, which he said was endorsed by about 2,100 delegates through voice affirmation.

‎

‎Kayoda named Chief Chidi Orji as Vice Chairman and Obi Okpala as Secretary, among other executive members, stating that the process complied with Articles 14 and 20 of the party’s constitution, which provide for consensus in the election of officers.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
