 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  ADC RELEASES TIMETABLE FOR NATIONWIDE CONGRESSES


The African Democratic Congress ADC has released the timetable for its nationwide congresses ahead of the party’s national convention.


In a statement jointly signed by its  National Organising Secretary, Chinedu Idigo, and the National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, ADC states that polling unit and ward congresses are scheduled for April 7, 2026, while local government congress is scheduled for April 9 whereas state congress is fixed for April 11.


The process will culminate in the party’s National Convention slated for April 14, 2026.
