 Federal High Court Adjourned Leke Abejide’s Suit Against ADC, Ralph Nwosu, Mark, Aregbesola and INEC to Tomorrow for Judgment The Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Hon. Justice Liman, has adjourned the high-profile case with Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/1637/2025 between Leke Abejide (Plaintiff) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ralph Nwosu, Mark, Aregbesola, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) (Defendants) to Tuesday, April 14, 2026, for judgment.

AN AWAITING TRIAL PRISONER HAS ESCAPED FROM THABAZIMBI HOSPITAL, SOUTH AFRICA. (PHOTO).

 An awaiting trial prisoner has escaped from Thabazimbi Hospital


He was under police guard. He still managed to walk out.


Thabazimbi police have launched a manhunt for 30-year-old Sibongeseni Khumalo. The escape happened on Saturday, 28 February 2026, at about 18h00.


Khumalo was in custody for business robbery. Police shot and arrested him, then admitted him to hospital under guard. He reportedly asked to use the bathroom and never returned.


The claim that he simply went to the bathroom and escaped raises serious questions. How does a guarded suspect vanish inside a hospital? That gap needs clear answers. Police say the circumstances are under internal investigation.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
