 ANAMBRA SECURITY: CP NNANNA URGES PRESIDENTS-GENERAL OF COMMUNITIES TO PRIORITISE SECURITY, STEP UP SUPPORT FOR FIGHT AGAINST CRIMINALITY The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Nnanna Oji Ama, psc, mnips, has called on Presidents-General of communities across the State to place the security and wellbeing of their respective communities at the forefront of their leadership responsibilities. The Commissioner made the call on 4th September 2026 while receiving the Association of Presidents-General of Communities in the State. He noted that the Presidents-General occupy strategic positions in their respective communities and therefore have a crucial role to play in supporting the Police and other security agencies in the fight against criminality. AN INDIANA WOMAN TRAVELED TO A HOME IN RURAL ILLINOIS WHERE SHE TOOK THE LIFE OF HER CHILDREN'S FATHER AS WELL AS BOTH HIS PARENTS. (PHOTOS).

 A shocking triple homicide in rural Illinois.


An Indiana woman traveled to a home in rural Illinois where she took the life of her children's father as well as both his parents. 


Deputies with the Will County Sheriff's Department were called to do a welfare check at a home on the 3400 block of Norway Trail in Crete Township, Illinois.


Once on scene, deputies discovered 32-year-old Jacob Lambert deceased in a vehicle in the property's driveway. As deputies continued to search the area, they soon discovered Jacob's parents, 55-year-old Patrick Forde, and 54-year-old Stacy Forde, both deceased near the front door of the home. All three had passed away from gunshot wounds.


It didn't take investigators long to identify their main suspect as 30-year-old Jenna Strouble. Jenna had been in an on-and-off again relationship with Jacob, and they shared two children a 3-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl.


Investigators determined that Jenna had fled the scene and traveled back to her home in St. John, Indiana. 


Officers with the St. John Police Department  quickly made their way to Jenna's residence and took her into custody. Authorities have said that Jenna made incriminating statements while being interviewed by detectives.  A firearm that reportedly matched the type of weapon used in the homicides was recovered during her arrest.


Jenna Strouble is currently being held in Lake County, Indiana, awaiting extradition to Illinois, where she will be charged with nine  counts of first-degree m*rder.


Our thoughts are with the victims family and also the two poor children who ultimately lost both parents in one day, as well as paternal grandparents. All three victims are remembered for their kindness and friendly personalities.
