 Lisa Rinna says consistency, exercise and adjusting her alcohol intake have helped her maintain the same weight since age 20 Lisa Rinna says she has maintained the same weight since she was 20 by focusing on consistency rather than strict routines or extreme diets. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star discussed her approach to fitness and health during an appearance on Morgan Stewart’s SiriusXM podcast on Wednesday, July 22. “I’ve been the same weight since I was literally 20 years old. I’m very, very, very lucky,” Rinna, 63, said. She explained that regular exercise has been part of her lifestyle for years, but said she does not follow intense workout plans. “I think the thing about me is I’m just consistent.  ANAMBRA POLICE OBSERVE PATTERN OF SECURITY-RELATED COMMENTS ON PANEL REPORT OVER AWKA TRADITIONAL STOOL, PLACE OPERATIVES ON ALERT


The Anambra State Police Command, today, 20th March 2026, has observed a concerning pattern of comments and narratives following reports of the Panel of Enquiry on the Awka Traditional Stool, which may pose a threat to public peace and order. Consequently, the Command has placed operatives of the Anti-Cult Unit and the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Awka Sector, on alert to proactively address any potential security concerns arising from the situation.


Additionally, all Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) and their operatives across the State, especially within Awka, have intensified security surveillance, intelligence gathering, and visibility patrols to forestall any breakdown of law and order.


To this end, the Commissioner of Police, CP Ikioye Orutugu, fwc, mnips, PhD, urges all stakeholders and members of the public to exercise restraint, avoid inflammatory statements, and refrain from actions capable of inciting unrest. He emphasized that individuals or groups found engaging in acts that threaten public peace will be dealt with in accordance with the law.


The Command remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of all citizens.
