The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has become aware of the circulation of a purported Certified True Copy (CTC) of the recent Supreme Court judgment relating to matters concerning the party. 2. The PDP wishes to categorically state that the document currently in circulation was not officially released by the Supreme Court. A careful examination of the purported CTC reveals that it falls short of the established requirements for proper certification of official court documents. The pages were neither duly certified, stamped, nor signed by any authorized court officer in accordance with legally recognized procedures. 3.  Canadian tourist arrested for allegedly stealing and harming flamingo in Las Vegas 


 A Canadian tourist was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday after allegedly stealing and injuring a flamingo at a hotel on the Strip. Mitchell Fairbarn, 33, from Ontario, faces four counts of torturing, maiming, or killing an animal kept for companionship or pleasure.

Authorities say Fairbarn broke into the flamingo habitat at the Flamingo hotel around 5 a.m., where security footage shows him grabbing a bird named Peachy and injuring others in the process. Police found a hotel room containing a large bloody feather and other evidence of the incident. Fairbarn told police he “popped” the flamingo’s wing back into place, claiming he had experience with birds from growing up on a farm. He was taken to the Clark County Detention Center with bail set at $12,000. The injured animals are now recovering under veterinary care. The Flamingo hotel, operated by Caesars Entertainment, houses Chilean flamingos, various exotic waterfowl, sturgeon, koi, albino catfish, turtles, and local songbirds.
