 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Court Grants Final Forfeiture Of Over 3 Billion Naira & 3 Properties Linked To Salihu Nuhu Jamari

 

The Federal High Court Sitting In Abuja Has Granted Final Forfeiture Of Over 3 Billion Naira And Three Properties Linked To One Salihu Nuhu Jamari While Serving As The Managing Director Of, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Nnpc’S Gas And Power Investment Company Limited.

                         Justice Joyce Abdulmalik Gave The Order In Abuja Following A Motion On Notice Filed By The Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, Efcc On March 17, 2026.

 

The Court Had On February 25, 2026, Granted An Interim Forfeiture Order, Directing That The Publication Of The Same Be Made In A National Newspaper For Any Interested Party To Show Cause Why The Said Exhibits Should Not Be Finally Forfeited To The Federal Government.


The Said Money Forms Part Of A Case Of Conspiracy, Kickbacks, Bribery And Money Laundering, Involving The Staff And Contractors Of The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Wherein The Name Of One Salihu Nuhu Jamari Featured Prominently Through A Petition Dated April 28, 2025.

Justice Abdulmalik, After Considering The Application, Held That It Had Merit And Ordered The Final Forfeiture Of The Assets To The Federal Government Of Nigeria.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
