The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has become aware of the circulation of a purported Certified True Copy (CTC) of the recent Supreme Court judgment relating to matters concerning the party. 2. The PDP wishes to categorically state that the document currently in circulation was not officially released by the Supreme Court. A careful examination of the purported CTC reveals that it falls short of the established requirements for proper certification of official court documents. The pages were neither duly certified, stamped, nor signed by any authorized court officer in accordance with legally recognized procedures. 3.  DANGOTE TRUCK COLLIDES  WITH WATER TANKER ON OTUKPO FEDERAL ROAD 


A truck belonging to the Dangote Group has collided with a water tanker along the Otukpo Federal Road in Benue State.


The accident occurred opposite Asalane, causing temporary disruption to traffic flow in the area.

 Eyewitnesses said both the heavy-duty vehicles were involved in a head-on collision, forcing motorists to slow down as onlookers gathered at the scene.


While the circumstances leading to the crash remain unclear, residents described the impact as significant, with visible damage to the vehicles.

 However, there was no immediate official confirmation of casualties as of the time of filing this report.


Motorists plying the busy Otukpo corridor were advised to exercise caution, as security personnel and road users worked to ease congestion.


The Otukpo Federal Road is a major route linking communities within Benue State, and accidents involving articulated vehicles have raised fresh concerns about road safety and compliance with traffic regulations.
