 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. In A Statement By The Acting Corps Public Education Officer, Felicia Kalu, This Reaffirms The Corps’ Enduring Reputation For Honesty And Public Trust.


The Zaria Unit Commander, Had Formally Handed Over The Recovered Money To The Victims In The Presence Of Their Relatives And Witnesses, The Gesture Which Is Said To Reflect The Ethical Foundation Upon Which The Frsc Operates And Its Deep Commitment To Protecting Both Lives And Property On Nigerian Roads.


The Tragic Crash Occurred On Sunday, 15 March 2026, Along The Zaria–Funtua Highway Near Zaria Academy, Claimed One Life At The Scene, While Eight Others Sustained Varying Degrees Of Injuries.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
