 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Hawaii issues evacuations on Oahu as flooding raises risk of dam failure


Heavy rains have caused severe flooding on Hawaii’s Oahu island, leading officials to issue evacuation orders and warn of a potential dam collapse, marking the second major rain event in a week.

Authorities directed residents in Haleiwa and Waialua, including areas near the Wahiawa Dam, to evacuate immediately, citing the risk that the dam “may collapse or breach at any time.” Oahu Emergency Management warned of “life-threatening flooding and catastrophic amounts of fast-moving water in downstream areas.” Governor Josh Green confirmed that the Hawaii National Guard has been activated and additional resources are being deployed to assist with evacuations, shelter openings, and public safety amid the ongoing severe storm.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
