The release of new footage tied to Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest has brought a wave of renewed attention, something his wife, Jessica Biel, is reportedly struggling with.
According to a source, the actress is “not happy about the renewed attention,” especially as the material has resurfaced details from a moment the family had hoped to move past.

The footage in question stems from Timberlake’s arrest in the Hamptons in June 2024, where he was stopped by police, asked to perform field sobriety tests, and later declined multiple breathalyzer requests.
In the clip, he can be seen cooperating with officers while also acknowledging the difficulty of the tests.
During the stop, a friend who arrived at the scene referenced his public profile while speaking to officers, asking them to consider his fame.
Timberlake was later charged with driving while intoxicated along with traffic violations including failing to stop at a stop sign and not keeping right.
