 Ice Prince Reveals He Spent ₦340 Million on Weed Before Quitting Smoking and Alcohol Ice Prince has spoken about his former smoking lifestyle, revealing the massive amount he spent on cannabis before eventually quitting. During a recent podcast interview, the rapper disclosed that between 2020 and 2026, he spent about ₦340 million on weed from just one supplier. According to him, the amount does not include purchases he made from other dealers based in Abuja, Jos, Ghana, and London. Ice Prince explained that he later decided to stop smoking and drinking alcohol as part of a personal transformation focused on self-improvement, discipline, and better wellbeing. “From 2020 to 2026, I have spent N340 million on weed from just one dealer alone, not to even mention my other dealers from Abuja, Ghana, Jos, and London.  Kaduna Government Conducts Follow-Up Visits For Abduction Victims, Reaffirms Commitment To Citizen Safety


The Honourable Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Dr. Sule Shu’aibu SAN, accompanied by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security, Nehemiah Abu Bamai, and other ministry officials, conducted a follow-up visit today to families affected by recent abductions in the state.


The team visited victims of the Kurmin Wali abductions, families of six rescued from the Millennium City incident, a hospitalized Civilian JTF member, Mr. Marcus Isa, who sustained injuries during rescue operations, and a bereaved family impacted by the attacks, offering condolences and support.


“These visits highlight the Kaduna State Government’s commitment not only to the safe release of victims but also to their wellbeing, rehabilitation, and reintegration into society,” Dr. Shu’aibu stated.


He emphasized that under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, Governor of Kaduna State, citizen safety remains a top priority. 


The Commissioner noted that the Governor was fully engaged throughout the rescue efforts, ensuring that victims were safely recovered, profiled by security agencies, provided with psychosocial support, and received medical attention before being reunited with their families.


Dr. Shu’aibu also urged residents to remain vigilant, cooperate with security agencies, and provide timely information, stressing the importance of collaboration between community groups, Civilian JTF, Kaduna State Vigilance, and formal security structures.


During a visit to the palace of the Chief of Danhono, Malam Ahmadu Gethro, the traditional ruler commended the Governor’s proactive approach to security, noting significant improvements in safety in the area. 


He lauded the swift response that facilitated the rescue of abducted victims and pledged continued community support for government efforts.
