The Chairman of Kagarko Local Government, Muhuyideen Abdullahi Umar, has dismissed reports of a crisis among stakeholders in the Kachia/Kagarko Federal Constituency, describing the claims as false and politically motivated.
In a press statement, the chairman said the publication suggesting a rift within the All Progressives Congress (APC) was a fabrication aimed at creating unnecessary tension and misleading the public.
He alleged that the report was orchestrated by “desperate political actors” seeking to undermine the unity and strength of the party in the constituency.
According to the statement, there is no division or disagreement among stakeholders, stressing that the party’s leadership structure in Kachia/Kagarko remains united and focused.
The chairman reaffirmed the commitment of party members to the APC at all levels, noting that their priority is to secure a second term for Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, and to support the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
He also cautioned those spreading what he described as false information to desist, adding that residents of the constituency are politically aware and unlikely to be misled by propaganda.
The statement further emphasized that the APC in Kachia/Kagarko remains united, with a focus on strengthening party structures, mobilizing grassroots support, and sustaining development efforts in the area.
He urged residents and party supporters to disregard the report and remain committed to the party.
