Kelly Osbourne has spoken out against the cruelty she’s been facing online following her appearance at the 2026 BRIT Awards, where she accepted a lifetime achievement award for her late father, Ozzy Osbourne.
In a heartfelt Instagram Stories post, the television personality condemned trolls for targeting her during a vulnerable time, saying that attacking someone who is already struggling reveals “a profound absence of compassion and character.”
She stressed that she refuses to be dehumanized while navigating the hardest period of her life.
Her comments came just days after she addressed body-shaming remarks about her recent appearance. One particularly harsh comment referenced her father’s death, prompting Kelly to share it publicly and call out the abuse.
She expressed disbelief at how “disgusting” some people can be, adding that no one deserves such treatment. While acknowledging that the negativity will eventually pass, she admitted the cruelty has been overwhelming.
This isn’t the first time Kelly has confronted online criticism. In December 2025, she responded to speculation about her health and weight during a conversation with Piers Morgan, reminding critics that she was grieving her father’s death and focusing on her family.
She explained that she chooses to share the positive aspects of her life rather than the painful ones, and bluntly told those making cruel remarks to “f--k off.”
Despite the attacks, Kelly continues to stand firm in defending herself and calling for compassion.
