KIM KARDASHIAN TAKES A VERY DRAMATIC TUMBLE IN TOWERING $80 'STRIPPER HEELS' AND ACCIDENTALLY GRABS AN 'OLD LADY' AS SHE FALLS ON HER WAY OUT OF VANITY FAIR OSCAR PARTY. (PHOTO).

Kim Kardashian takes a VERY dramatic tumble in towering $80 'stripper heels' and accidentally grabs an 'old lady' as she falls on her way out of Vanity Fair Oscar party

Getting ready for a major red carpet moment did not go entirely smoothly for Kim Kardashian.

The SKIMS founder shared a video showing a brief fall as she made her way to a car en route to the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party. Dressed in a fitted gold Gucci gown, Kim was wearing towering platform heels when she appeared to twist her ankle and lose balance.

In the clip, she stumbles toward a hedge and instinctively reaches out, grabbing a passerby to steady herself. “Ahhh sorry, my ankle, sorry,” she says in the moment, before being helped back up by her team, including longtime friend Stephanie Shepherd.

Still gathering herself, Kim admitted she felt a bit uneasy ahead of the event. “I’m nervous for the carpet,” she said, before testing her footing again. She also acknowledged the unexpected contact during the fall, apologising for grabbing the woman nearby as she tried to regain balance.

Despite the brief scare, Kim continued on, asking her team to adjust the straps on her heels before heading out. Moments later, she was seen linking arms with Shepherd as they made their way toward the red carpet.

At the event, she appeared composed, posing for photos and moving carefully through the evening in the same striking outfit. Her look was completed with loose, shoulder-length hair, bold blue contact lenses, and dark eye makeup.

Online, reactions were mixed. Some viewers focused on how difficult it seemed for her to walk in the high platforms, questioning the practicality of the outfit.

Others, however, praised the overall look, calling it one of her standout appearances and applauding the bold fashion choice.

For Kim, the moment became just another behind-the-scenes glimpse of what it can take to step onto a major red carpet, even when things do not go exactly as planned.
