 Today, as I celebrate my 61st birthday, my heart is incredibly full. For eight of these celebrations, I have had the rare privilege of serving as your Governor. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve this extraordinary state and its people. The journey has been demanding, humbling and deeply rewarding. Leading a state as dynamic and energetic as Lagos is no small task. It has taught me more about resilience and patience than any other chapter in my life. I am filled with gratitude today, gratitude for life, for family, for health and for the enduring trust of Lagosians. Public service has its challenging days but the privilege of building a greater Lagos makes every single moment worth it. We have come a long way together yet the work never stops. As I celebrate today, my commitment to you remains as strong as ever. There is still more to do, more to build and more progress to achieve for everyone who calls this great state home.  Lady Gaga just gave an update on her and Michael Polansky’s wedding in the cutest way ever


Lady Gaga gave fans a small update on her wedding plans with fiancé Michael Polansky during a playful moment on Bruno Mars’ Romantic Radio TikTok Live show. 


The pop star revealed that after a year of traveling together, the couple is preparing to marry “soon,” possibly within the next few months. She asked Bruno to dedicate a special song for their big day, and he chose “Risk It All” from his latest album, dedicating it to both Gaga and Polansky. 


While she kept most details under wraps, Gaga has previously joked that her wedding could be anything from a courthouse ceremony with Chinese takeout to a whimsical celebration with unicorns.


The singer first shared the story of her engagement during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in October 2024. 


She explained that Polansky proposed after a rock climb, waiting until they were safely back at the bottom before pulling the ring from his backpack. 


Gaga described the moment as “super cute” and said she appreciated his thoughtful approach, even though he didn’t get down on one knee. For her, the proposal reflected their modern relationship and Polansky’s practical nature.


Since announcing their engagement, Gaga has kept wedding details private, but her recent comments suggest the nuptials are approaching quickly. 


Whether the ceremony ends up being casual or extravagant, fans are eagerly anticipating what promises to be a uniquely Gaga celebration. 


With her playful hints and Polansky’s understated proposal, the couple’s wedding is shaping up to be both heartfelt and unpredictable.
