 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. MUSIC GROUP 'MAGIC SYSTEM' RECOGNIZED IN FRANCE. (PHOTO) .

 The music group Magic System has achieved significant recognition in France. Their hit song "Premier Gaou" was recently certified Platinum in France, following a 2023 Afro-house remix by Francis Mercier and Nitefreak. 

This milestone marks a resurgence in the song's popularity, 26 years after its initial release. The group's music has transcended generations, finding new audiences and chart success , Magic System's success isn't limited to "Premier Gaou." Their single "Magic in the Air" was certified triple Diamond by the SNEP, with over 150 million streams. The group received this distinction in July 2024 at the "Do You Remember Festival" in France. 

The lvorian Zouglou group's music has had a lasting impact, even inspiring the French national football team during the 2018 World Cup . France also has a rich history of magic as an art form, with pioneers like Georges Méliès and Jean Eugène Robert-Houdin contributing to its evolution. Modern magicians like the French Twins continue to innovate, blending traditional magic with digital illusions and technology.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
