 GOVERNMENT OF RIVERS STATE   PRESS STATEMENT  MY DECISION TO WITHDRAW FROM THE RIVERS  STATE  GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARIES  Fellow Rivers People, After deep reflection and extensive consultations with my family, friends, and associates, I have taken the difficult but necessary decision to withdraw from the APC gubernatorial primaries. I do so with a full heart and with a firm commitment to support whoever emerges as the candidate of our great party. Leadership is ultimately about sacrifice. There comes a time when personal ambition must yield to the greater good of the people. Rivers State is bigger than any individual, and at this critical moment, the peace, stability, and unity of our dear state must take precedence over every personal interest. 2027 General Elections: APC Zones Governorship To Abia Central Senatorial District 


This is to notify our esteemed members and the general public in Abia State that the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State has zoned its governorship ticket for the forthcoming election to Abia Central Senatorial District.


This notice serves to guide our members and intending aspirants in the purchase of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms.


This decision is taken in the interest of equity, justice, and fair play, and in line with the party’s commitment to balanced representation across the three senatorial zones. 


Since the return of democracy in 1999, Abia State has operated on an understanding of power rotation among the three zones to foster unity and inclusiveness.


The decision is further premised on the fact that the State Chairman of the Party hails from Abia North Senatorial District, while Abia South produced the immediate past governor of the state. It is therefore just and equitable for Abia Central to produce the next governor on the APC platform.


We appeal to all aspirants and stakeholders from other zones to respect this decision of the party in the spirit of sportsmanship.


Let us work together to secure victory for our great party.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
