 Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein turns herself in over alleged interception of ex-husband’s communications “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein turned herself in to Miami authorities after being accused of unlawfully intercepting communications involving her ex-husband, according to her attorney. She was booked and assigned a $5,000 bond, though her legal team says she will be released on her own recognizance. Her attorney argued the case stems from a contentious divorce dispute and should not be handled in criminal court. Court records show Hochstein and her former boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are each facing a felony charge tied to the alleged interception of oral communications involving her ex-husband, plastic surgeon Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein. Glidden was previously arrested, posted bond, and pleaded not guilty while requesting additional time to file legal motions, including a possible dismissal and a jury trial. ANAMBRA POLICE ARREST FAKE JAMB COORDINATOR, RECOVER EIGHT JAMB EXAMINATION SLIPS AND OTHER INCRIMINATING ITEMS IN ATANI


Operatives of the IGP’s Safe School Initiative of the Anambra State Police Command, in the morning of 14th April 2026, arrested one male suspect, Eric Nwombu, for alleged criminal impersonation and unlawful possession of JAMB examination materials. Items recovered includes eight (8) JAMB examination slips and an exercise book containing names and examination numbers of students, which he could not satisfactorily account for.


The arrest followed a report of how the suspect was collecting 2026 JAMB examination slips from students who had come to check their examination centers in a Cyber cafe, Atani. 


Upon inquiry, the suspect allegedly claimed to be a JAMB 2026 coordinator in Atani. The Staff of the Computer center dissatisfied with his response and suspicious of his actions,  alerted the Police Operatives in the area. On sighting the Operatives approaching, the suspect attempted to flee but was apprehended.


Preliminary investigation has since commenced, and the case will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Awka, for discreet investigation.


The Commissioner of Police, CP Ikioye Orutugu, fwc minps PhD, reiterates the Command’s commitment to safeguarding the integrity of public examinations and urges members of the public to remain vigilant and promptly report suspicious activities to the Police.
