OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS TERRORIST INFILTRATION, DISRUPTS LOGISTICS NETWORKS, ARRESTS COLLABORATORS The Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) has recorded significant operational successes in its ongoing counterterrorism and counterinsurgency campaign across the North-East. Through a combination of offensive operations, intelligence-led actions, and collaboration with local security stakeholders, troops successfully foiled a terrorist infiltration attempt and disrupted terrorist logistics and support networks, further degrading the operational capabilities of insurgent groups in the Theatre.  China reportedly preparing air defense shipment to Iran amid escalating Middle East tensions

China is reportedly preparing to send air defense systems to Iran in the coming weeks, following more than a month of U.S. and Israeli strikes targeting Iranian military and missile infrastructure. The planned shipment, which has not been publicly confirmed by Beijing, is said to involve man-portable air defense systems, or shoulder-fired missiles designed to defend against low-flying aircraft. Some assessments suggest the equipment could be routed through third countries in an effort to obscure its origin.

When asked about the reports, President Trump warned that China would face consequences if it proceeds with the transfer, though he did not say whether he has recently spoken with Chinese President Xi Jinping. A planned summit between the two leaders, originally expected to focus on trade and tariffs, has been delayed amid rising tensions tied to the Iran conflict.

Chinese officials have denied providing weapons to any party involved in the conflict, urging restraint in public accusations and calling for efforts aimed at de-escalation. Meanwhile, previous assessments have indicated growing cooperation between China, Russia, and Iran, with each country maintaining strategic ties amid heightened regional instability.

The potential transfer comes as tensions remain high over critical shipping routes in the Middle East, including the Strait of Hormuz, where security concerns have intensified. U.S. officials have previously suggested that regional allies, including China, Japan, and South Korea, should play a larger role in maintaining stability in the area, further underscoring the global stakes tied to the ongoing conflict.
