 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Gov. Yusuf Welcomes Sen. Shekarau to APC, Says Party Stronger in Kano


The Governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, has welcomed former Governor and Senator, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, into the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing his return as a major boost to the party’s strength in the state.


This was contained in a statement signed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mustapha Muhammad on Sunday 


Governor Yusuf stated that a date will soon be fixed, in consultation with the national secretariat of the party, for the formal reception of the former Governor into the APC fold.


He noted that the party in Kano continues to witness growing support and consolidation, positioning itself as the most dominant political force in the state.


The Governor added that APC remains battle-ready to win all elective positions in the forthcoming elections, citing unity and strategic alignments as key factors driving the party’s confidence.


He further assured party members and supporters that the leadership is committed to strengthening internal cohesion and expanding its grassroots base across the state.


Governor Yusuf called on party faithful to remain steadfast and continue mobilizing support as the party prepares for future political contests.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
