 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. GOVERNOR OTTI APPROVES RECONSTITUTION OF ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT BOARD 


The Governor of Abia State HE Dr. Alex Otti, OFR has approved the reconstitution of the Management Board of the Abia State Teaching Hospital in line with the enabling law establishing the institution. 


The reconstitution is aimed at strengthening governance, improving service delivery, and enhancing the quality of medical training and healthcare services provided by the hospital.


The newly reconstituted Board comprises the following:


1. Dr. Ezinne Chinyere Benjamin-Kalu – Chairman

2. Prof. Nneka Chioma Okoronkwo – Chief Medical Director⁠


3. Dr. Kelechi Omende – Member


4. Dr. Temple Nwosu – Member


5. Dr. Patrick Umezurike – Member


6. Prof. P. E. N. Onyemachi – Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee 


7. Prof. Gazie Okpara – Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Senate Representative


8. Prof. Chuks Kamanu– Provost, College of Medical Sciences


9. Dr. Mrs. Ifeyinwa Blossom Uma Kalu - P/S, Health Ministry 


10. Mrs. Ihuoma Nwagbara – Director of Administration / Secretary to the Board

11. ⁠Dr. Odochi Ewurum- NMA


His Excellency congratulates the Chairman and Members of the Board and charges them to justify the confidence reposed in them by working assiduously to reposition the Teaching Hospital as a centre of excellence in healthcare delivery, medical training, and research.


The appointments take immediate effect.
