 Anambra Upgrades 130 Primary Health Centres, Recruits 1,000 Health Workers ‎ ‎ ‎By Ezumezu Nonyelum ‎ ‎ ‎The Anambra State Government says it has upgraded 130 primary health centres across the state as part of efforts to improve access to quality healthcare. Each facility has been equipped with solar power, a reliable electricity supply and a 30 KVA generator to ensure uninterrupted medical services. ‎ ‎The government said the initiative aligns with its policy of providing at least one fully functional primary health centre in every political ward and one general hospital in each of the state's 21 local government areas. ‎ ‎As part of the healthcare expansion, the Soludo administration has constructed five new general hospitals: Okpoko General Hospital in Ogbaru, Solution Specialist Hospital in Fegge, Onitsha, Solution Rehabilitation Centre in Nibo, Ekwulobia General Hospital in Aguata, and Solution General Hospital in Anaku, Anyamelum.  A woman in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, killed her husband simply because he was dark-skinned. 

The woman disliked her husband and conspired with her lover to commit the crime. 

Police have arrested the accused wife and her boyfriend.

A shocking murder case from Madhya Pradesh has come to light, revealing a disturbing story of betrayal, hatred, and planned violence. The case involves Priyanka Purohit, who is accused of killing her husband with the help of her boyfriend.


According to police reports, the victim, 28-year-old Devkrishna Purohit, was found murdered in his home on the night of April 7. At first, his wife Priyanka told everyone that robbers had entered the house, looted valuables, and killed her husband when he tried to resist. She even appeared emotional in front of the media and described the incident in detail, trying to look innocent. 


However, as the investigation moved forward, the truth slowly came out. Police discovered that the robbery story was fake and carefully planned. In reality, Priyanka had already conspired to kill her husband along with her lover. 


Reports also suggest that there were serious problems in their marriage. Priyanka allegedly insulted her husband over his appearance and skin colour. She is said to have told him, “You are dark, you don’t deserve me,” which shows the level of emotional conflict between them. 


Police investigations revealed that Priyanka and her boyfriend planned the murder in advance. After committing the crime, she tried to mislead both the police and the public by acting like a grieving wife. But her behaviour raised suspicion, and eventually, the truth was uncovered.


Both Priyanka and her boyfriend have been arrested, and the case has shocked the local community. This incident highlights serious issues like toxic relationships, deception, and how crimes can be carefully planned and hidden behind fake emotions.
