Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. LENA DUNHAM SHARES HOW SHE MADE PEACE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF WELCOMING KIDS DIFFERENTLY THAN SHE IMAGINED. (PHOTO).

Lena Dunham shares how she made peace with the possibility of welcoming kids differently than she imagined

Lena Dunham has been candid about her journey with endometriosis and the decision to undergo a hysterectomy.

In her memoir Famesick, the 39-year-old actress recalls the moment she asked doctors for the procedure, describing how her mother’s presence and support gave her clarity.

Dunham explained that living with constant pain made the surgery feel less like a choice and more like a necessity, noting that many people endure years of suffering before receiving a diagnosis.

While the operation brought relief, she admitted that it also forced her to confront the loss of her ability to carry children, something she had always envisioned as part of her future.

Reflecting on the aftermath, Dunham shared that the grief of losing that dream was profound, but she has since found hope in alternative paths to motherhood.

She expressed excitement about the many ways families can be built and emphasized her gratitude for the possibilities ahead.

In interviews, she described the experience as both heartbreaking and liberating, acknowledging that while she didn’t get to experience her fertility naturally fading, she has embraced the idea of expanding her family in new ways with her husband, musician Luis Felber.

Dunham and Felber married in September 2021 after meeting on a blind date in London. Their relationship quickly blossomed, with Felber describing Dunham as his soulmate and best friend.

He spoke openly about their connection, saying that love is not about one defining moment but about countless shared experiences over time.

Together, the couple has expressed their commitment to building a family, even if the journey looks different than they once imagined.
