'RHOA' star Pinky Cole begs judge not to expose her finances

Pinky Cole, best known for founding the Slutty Vegan restaurant chain and appearing on Real Housewives of Atlanta, is asking the court to keep her financial records private in her ongoing bankruptcy case.

According to filings, she fears that if her Chapter 11 documents remain public, they will continue to circulate online and be used by media outlets and content creators.

Cole explained that she has multiple companies tied to the case, and she’s already seen sensitive details reported publicly.

For example, TMZ previously broke the story about one of her creditors seizing one of her homes. The court later granted her request to have that property returned.

Her plea to file paperwork under seal highlights her concern about the reputational and personal impact of having her financial struggles widely shared.

By keeping the documents confidential, she hopes to protect herself and her businesses from further exposure while navigating the bankruptcy process.
