 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. Tori Spelling and 4 of Her, Dean McDermott's Kids Hospitalized After Car Crash


Tori Spelling and several members of her family were rushed to the hospital following a car crash in Temecula, California, on April 2. 


The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, 52, was driving four of her children, Liam, 19, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, and Finn, 13, along with three friends when their vehicle was struck, authorities confirmed.


The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies responded to the scene around 5:45 p.m., finding two damaged vehicles. 


According to reports, the other driver allegedly ran a red light. While those involved were evaluated on-site, no arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.


Tori and the seven passengers were taken to the hospital in three ambulances. Medical staff treated them for injuries including concussions, cuts, bruises, and contusions. 


Despite the frightening situation, the family is reportedly recovering.


This is not the first time Spelling has faced a dangerous crash with her children. In 2011, while pregnant and driving her eldest kids, Stella and Liam, she collided with a school wall while trying to escape paparazzi. 


At the time, she shared her shock on social media, saying the photographer continued pursuing them even after the crash, and praised fellow parents for helping keep her children safe.


Reflecting on the latest accident, Tori emphasized that the family would be seeking medical attention and taking time to recover from the ordeal.
