 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. Tori Spelling and 4 of Her, Dean McDermott's Kids Hospitalized After Car Crash


Tori Spelling and several members of her family were rushed to the hospital following a car crash in Temecula, California, on April 2. 


The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, 52, was driving four of her children, Liam, 19, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, and Finn, 13, along with three friends when their vehicle was struck, authorities confirmed.


The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies responded to the scene around 5:45 p.m., finding two damaged vehicles. 


According to reports, the other driver allegedly ran a red light. While those involved were evaluated on-site, no arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.


Tori and the seven passengers were taken to the hospital in three ambulances. Medical staff treated them for injuries including concussions, cuts, bruises, and contusions. 


Despite the frightening situation, the family is reportedly recovering.


This is not the first time Spelling has faced a dangerous crash with her children. In 2011, while pregnant and driving her eldest kids, Stella and Liam, she collided with a school wall while trying to escape paparazzi. 


At the time, she shared her shock on social media, saying the photographer continued pursuing them even after the crash, and praised fellow parents for helping keep her children safe.


Reflecting on the latest accident, Tori emphasized that the family would be seeking medical attention and taking time to recover from the ordeal.
