Why Soludo's War on Fake Pastors Matters By Stella Obi  For too long, fake pastors have hidden behind the cloak of religion to exploit the hopes, fears, and vulnerabilities of unsuspecting Nigerians. In Anambra State, however, Governor Chukwuma Soludo's administration has drawn a clear line, declaring that faith must never be used as a tool for deception, exploitation, or criminality. TRUMP SHARES AI IMAGE OF HIMSELF EMBRACED BY JESUS AMID FEUD WITH POPE LEO XIV . (PHOTO).

Trump shares AI image of himself embraced by Jesus amid feud with Pope Leo XIV

President Donald Trump on Wednesday shared what appeared to be an AI-generated image showing him being embraced by Jesus in front of an American flag, posting it on his social media platform along with a caption that read, “The Radical Left Lunatics might not like this, but I think it is quite nice!!!” The post included a screenshot of another user’s content featuring the same image, which depicts Jesus with an arm around Trump’s shoulder.

The post came amid an escalating public dispute between Trump and Pope Leo XIV, during which the president has repeatedly criticized the pontiff and engaged in back-and-forth commentary involving past social media activity and policy views. Trump also shared posts highlighting old online statements attributed to the pope from before his election, including remarks that criticized him and Vice President JD Vance, writing, “Not good!!!” in response. The broader exchange has included Trump questioning the pope’s positions on foreign policy and Iran, while Pope Leo has continued to call for an end to global conflicts and urged negotiations to stop the “spiral of violence.” Vice President JD Vance also weighed in earlier in the week, suggesting the pope should be careful when speaking on theology, a comment that drew a response from Catholic bishops defending the pontiff’s role as spiritual leader.
