 Set designer Mary Kate Golding found dead in Queens home as police investigate possible murder-suicide Police are investigating the deaths of television set designer Mary Kate Golding and her husband after the 34-year-old was found fatally stabbed inside her Queens home. According to the New York Police Department, officers responded shortly after midnight on Tuesday, July 21, to a residence in Astoria, where they found Golding with a fatal stab wound to her back. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Several hours later, at about 6:39 a.m., officers responded to a separate 911 call reporting an unconscious person near Astoria Park South and Shore Boulevard. Police found an unresponsive man in the park, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. An NYPD source identified the man as Joseph Azzaretto, Golding's husband.  Brooklyn Beckham snubs dad David’s 51st birthday as bitter family feud escalates


David Beckham’s 51st birthday was marked with warm tributes from his wife Victoria and their three younger children, but noticeably absent was any public acknowledgment from his eldest son, Brooklyn. 


While Victoria shared heartfelt posts praising her husband as the family’s “world” and “everything,” Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz remained silent online. 


David himself expressed gratitude for feeling “spoilt” by his loved ones, though the omission from Brooklyn stood out.


This wasn’t the first time Brooklyn skipped a family celebration. Just weeks earlier, he also failed to post about Victoria’s birthday, even as his siblings and father showered her with affection online. 


Reports suggest the Beckhams remain hopeful of repairing their relationship with Brooklyn, but the ongoing silence has left them saddened and surprised by the distance.


Underlying tensions have been simmering since Brooklyn’s 2022 wedding to Nicola. He previously accused his parents of interfering with the event, claiming Victoria canceled plans to make Nicola’s dress and even “hijacked” their first dance. 


In January, Brooklyn publicly declared he did not want reconciliation, alleging his parents were trying to sabotage his marriage. 


The continued absence of birthday tributes appears to reflect the unresolved rift between him and the rest of the Beckham family.
