 BAUCHI STATE POLICE COMMAND PRESS RELEASE BAUCHI POLICE COMMAND DISMANTLES ARMED ROBBERY SYNDICATE, APPREHENDS SEVEN SUSPECTS INCLUDING TWIN BROTHERS The Bauchi State Police Command has recorded another operational success with the dismantling of an armed robbery syndicate specializing in mobile phone snatching. Acting on a distress call received at ‘C’ Division, Tafawa Balewa Estate, at about 1525 hours on 23rd May 2026, police operatives responded swiftly to a report of an ongoing robbery along Adamu Ajiya Street, by Ran Road, Bauchi. The prompt intervention led to the arrest of seven suspects linked to the criminal network. During the operation, one machete and one knife were recovered from the suspects. So far, two victims have been identified and their statements obtained to aid investigation. The arrested suspects are:   1. Uzairu Adamu alias ‘Goje’, 20 years old   2.  Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson celebrate marriage with intimate Bahamas wedding ceremony


Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson celebrated their marriage with an intimate ceremony on a private island in the Bahamas on May 23, following a quiet legal wedding in Florida earlier that month. 


The couple, who announced their engagement in December 2025, were joined by close family and friends, including Trump’s siblings Ivanka, Eric, and Tiffany, along with their spouses. 


Bettina’s family also played a role in the Florida ceremony, where her brother-in-law officiated the marriage at her twin sister’s home in West Palm Beach.


Bettina, a model and socialite, has quickly become a welcomed presence within the Trump family. She prepared for the nuptials with a bridal shower at Mar-a-Lago in April, attended by Ivanka, Tiffany, and Marla Maples. 


Sources describe her as poised and discerning, noting that she is considered an “enormous asset” to Don Jr. and fits seamlessly into the Trump circle. 


The couple has reportedly discussed starting a family, further solidifying her role in Don Jr.’s life.


Their relationship, which began quietly in 2024 after Don Jr.’s split from Kimberly Guilfoyle, has since become more public, with Bettina appearing alongside other Trump spouses at events such as the State of the Union. Don Jr., previously married to Vanessa Trump for 12 years and father to five children, expressed his gratitude during the engagement announcement, calling Bettina’s “yes” the most unforgettable moment. 


With their Bahamas wedding, the couple has marked a new chapter together, blending personal milestones with the public spotlight that comes with being part of the Trump family.
