 Melania reveals true feelings about Donald Trump's attitude towards women In a 2015 interview with Barbara Walters, Melania Trump addressed questions about her husband’s reputation for making sharp remarks about women. She explained that his comments did not trouble her, since he spoke in the same blunt manner toward men.  Walters pressed further, citing Donald Trump’s criticism of Carly Fiorina’s appearance, but Melania maintained that the media tended to highlight his remarks about women more than those about men.  At the time, she chose not to accompany Trump on the campaign trail, preferring to remain at home with their son Barron, though she still offered feedback on his debate performances.  Mali's Assimi Goita takes up defence minister role after death of office holder


Mali's leader, Assimi Goita, will assume the additional role of defence minister, according to a decree read on state TV on Monday, after the death of the previous minister in large-scale attacks, AFP reported..


Mali recently faced a major security threat after an assault on military strongholds by Tuareg separatists and Al Qaeda-linked terrorists, during which Defence Minister Sadio Camara was killed by a car bomb at his residence.


The coordinated attacks marked the largest assault in the West African country in nearly 15 years.


The fierce fighting at various locations, including around the capital, Bamako, resulted in the deaths of at least 23 people.


United Nations children's agency UNICEF said on Friday that civilians and children were among the dead and injured.
