 Pokemon Psalm! Kim Kardashian shares sweet moments from son’s birthday bash


Kim Kardashian pulled out all the stops to celebrate her son Psalm West as he turned 7 with a vibrant Pokémon-themed birthday party surrounded by family and close friends.


The celebration, held for the youngest child of Kardashian and Kanye West, was packed with colorful decorations inspired by the popular franchise. Giant Poké Ball balloons filled the venue, while a life-sized Pikachu figure and oversized Pokémon playing cards added to the playful atmosphere.


Sharing photos from the event on Instagram on May 14, Kardashian simply captioned the post, “Pokemon Psalm!”


Psalm fully embraced the theme, rocking a black Pikachu shirt paired with black athletic shorts. The outfit was reportedly the same shirt he wore during the family’s recent trip to Tokyo.


His sister, Chicago West, also joined in on the fun with a Pokémon graphic tee featuring fan-favorite characters like Pikachu and Ash Ketchum. Their older brother, Saint West, kept things casual in a gray graphic shirt and light blue jeans.


Although North West was not spotted in the shared photos, some cousins attended the celebration, including Dream Kardashian.


Pokémon has clearly become a favorite within the family. Kardashian has previously been seen opening Pokémon card packs alongside Saint and music producer Steve Aoki. Earlier this year, she also reportedly purchased a rare graded Hidden Fates Shiny Charizard card, showing the craze goes beyond themed parties.


The latest celebration comes a year after Psalm’s superhero-inspired Deadpool & Wolverine birthday event.


Not long after Psalm was born, Kardashian once opened up about the impact he had on the family, sharing that he “helped everyone come together,” a statement many fans are revisiting as the young star marks another birthday milestone.
