Priscilla Ojo Reveals Rumours Juma Jux Faced Before They Welcomed Their First Child

Priscilla Ojo has opened up about the criticism and rumours her husband, Juma Jux, faced before they got married.

Speaking during an interview with Chude Jidenowo, Priscilla revealed that many people in Tanzania questioned why the singer had no child at the age of 35 despite being successful and previously involved in several relationships.

She explained that the rumours became widespread because many of Juma Jux’s friends and colleagues already had children and families.

According to her, some people even speculated that the singer was infertile because he did not have a child or baby mama before their marriage.

“In his country Tanzania, people thought he was impotent because he did not have a child or babymama like his many of his friends and colleagues. They were like, ‘Why he is not having kids like his friends?’ Because obviously, he has been in past relationships.

“They were questions but he knew when it was time. He is very disciplined. He knew what he wanted. You can roll with certain people and not be like them,” she said.

Priscilla also disclosed that the couple later faced fresh speculation after welcoming their first child in August 2025, as some people allegedly claimed the baby came through surrogacy or implantation.

The couple held their civil wedding in Tanzania in February 2025 before later celebrating their traditional and white weddings in Lagos in April 2025.

They later welcomed their son, Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in Canada in August 2025.
