 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare .  Deputy Governor Hosts Southern Kaduna APC Stakeholders, Urges Unity In Southern Kaduna


The Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadeeza Balarabe, on Tuesday hosted members of the Southern Kaduna APC Visionaires at a strategic meeting aimed at strengthening party cohesion and consolidating the All Progressives Congress (APC)'s position in the region.


The meeting, held at the Deputy Governor’s Council Chambers, Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna, brought together senior government officials, including the Deputy Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, political appointees from Southern Kaduna, party leaders, and other key stakeholders.


The gathering provided an opportunity for APC stalwarts to review developments within the party, discuss issues of concern, and explore practical measures for fostering greater unity and strengthening the party’s structures across Southern Kaduna.


Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Balarabe urged leaders in the region to bridge existing divides and work collectively for the progress of Southern Kaduna. She emphasized the need for leaders to embrace a generational vision that prioritizes long-term development and sustainable growth.


The Deputy Governor also called on political actors to place the interests of the party and the region above personal ambitions, stressing that unity, peace, and collective responsibility remain critical to the prosperity and development of Southern Kaduna.
