 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  FG SEEKS DEEPER TIES WITH ISRAEL IN MANY AREAS


The Federal Government has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Israel in agriculture, security, education, healthcare and technology as part of efforts to drive Nigeria’s socio-economic development.


Receiving the Israeli Ambassador to Nigeria, Michael Freeman, in Abuja, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, says Nigeria possesses vast agricultural resources, a large population and enormous economic potential that can be further unlocked through strategic partnerships and investment. He also commends Israel’s achievements in agriculture, healthcare, education and technology, describing the country as a model of resilience and innovation.


Ambassador Freeman expresses Israeli’s readiness to collaborate with Nigeria in boosting food production through advanced agricultural technologies and capacity development. He also highlighted opportunities for cooperation in security, including counterterrorism, cybersecurity, border security and training, noting that both countries face similar security challenges requiring coordinated responses.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
