Joe Jonas recently opened up about how becoming a father has reshaped his outlook on life. On his podcast Hey Jonas, the 36‑year‑old singer explained that raising his daughters Delphine and Willa, whom he shares with ex‑wife Sophie Turner, has given him renewed purpose.
He admitted that in his lowest moments, a simple hug from his children can instantly ease his struggles, reminding him of what truly matters. As a single dad, he said he feels fortunate to have Turner as a co‑parent to help balance even the toughest days.
Jonas shared that the support system around him has been vital, teaching him that he will be okay even when life feels overwhelming.
He recently gave fans a glimpse into his parenting life by posting a sweet note one of his daughters wrote for him, complete with scribbles, hearts, and the words “I love you.”
Despite no longer being married, Jonas and Turner maintain a healthy co‑parenting relationship, something he described as “really special” and essential for their children’s well‑being.
Speaking further about Turner’s role, Jonas praised her as an incredible mother and a role model for their daughters.
He emphasized that he wants his girls to grow up confident, open‑minded, and compassionate, able to walk into any room believing they can achieve anything.
For Jonas, fatherhood has not only brought healing but also a deeper sense of responsibility, shaping the values he hopes to instill in his children as they grow.
